  • 2025
    Expanded the bottle trade-in campaign, adding more collection points across department store counters and extending the event duration. As of June 2025, a total of 180 kg of used bottles had been collected.
  • 2020
    Collaborated with the Taiwan Black Bear Conservation Association to launch limited-edition charity products. 3% of sales from each item was donated to the Taiwan Black Bear Conservation Fund, supporting ecological conservation actions.
  • 2019
    Continued participation in a tree adoption program in Meishan and Sanxing Townships in Yilan County, supporting the long-term preservation of local green spaces.
  • 2016
    Participated in a tree-planting activity in Yilan, guided by the Luodong Forest District Office. Approximately 2.34 hectares of seedlings were planted, fulfilling the“one tree per person” commitment.

Sustainability Actions

  • Implement Energy- Saving Measures

    We upgraded all lighting to energy-efficient LED tubes, helping reduce our annual electricity use by 1,550.8 kWh and cutting carbon emissions by approximately 789.66 kg CO₂e. (Figures as of 2024)

  • Promote Paperless Initiatives

    • We promoted electronic approval processes, reducing the use of 27,055 sheets of paper and cutting carbon emissions by approximately 121.75 kg CO₂e.
    • We encouraged the use of e-invoices, saving 10,421 sheets of paper and reducing carbon emissions by around 27.09 kg CO₂e.
    • We digitalized our member DM communications, saving 2,000 sheets of paper and lowering carbon emissions by approximately 9 kg CO₂e. (Figures as of 2024)
  • Promote Bottle Trade-In Program

    From 2023 to 2024, we launched a nationwide recycling campaign for vaccum insulated bottles and cookware, offering 24 collection points across Taiwan. Together with our customers, we successfully recycled 3,136 bottles and 38 cookware items.

  • Encourage Paper Bag Recycling at Retail Locations

    At our retail stores, we encouraged customers to reuse paper bags, reducing the needs for single-use packaging and supporting circular economy practices. As a result, we eliminated the purchase of new paper bags entirely.

  • Strengthen Waste Sorting and Resource Reuse

    We strengthened waste sorting and recycling practices in our warehouse operations, working with certified recyclers to ensure lawful and environmentally responsible handling.
    In 2024, we recycled 3,060 kg of scrap iron and 3,536 kg of paper waste — all with verified treatment documentation.

  • Support Coral Restoration Initiatives

    In 2025, all employees took part in coral restoration efforts in Penghu, a hands-on way to protect marine biodiversity.
    Activities included coral seedling attachment, marine ecology education, and awareness programs about ocean conservation.
    A total of 123 participants helped restore 276 coral seedlings.

  • Promote Beach Cleanup Campaigns

    In 2025, we organized a beach cleanup campaign to raise awareness of ocean protection and sustainability among our employees and the local community.
    A total of 123 participants joined the effort, collecting 360 kg of marine debris.

  • Reduce Packaging in E-commerce

    We launched a packaging weight reduction initiative for three types of boxes, aiming to reduce material use while maintaining delivery safety.
    All packaging materials are PVC-free. Our paper-based packaging contains over 90% recycled paper, and our plastic packaging includes more than 25% recycled content - combining sustainability with product protection.

  • Ensure Product Quality

    In 2024, we conducted 1,946 SGS inspections to ensure product safety, compliance, and consistent quality. We also launched an innovative and pioneering platform for accessing digital inspection reports, offering greater transparency and convenience for our customers.

  • Protect Consumer Trust through Product Liability Insurance

    To strengthen consumer trust and assurance, we provide product liability insurance of up to NT$40 million annually.

  • Offer Diverse Customer Service Channels

    We offer multiple service channels to ensure timely and professional support for our customers. As of 2024, we have handled 2,497 service cases, continuously improving our response efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Give Back through Charitable Programs

    From 2021 to 2024, we contributed a total of NT$8.7 million in charitable donations, supporting a wide range of a wide range of social initiatives, including child welfare, sports development, arts and culture, medical aid during the pandemic, and consumer rights protection.

  • Comprehensive Employee Care

    We strive to build a healthy, happy, and balanced workplace culture by offering health checkups, wellness seminars, onsite medical services, and group life insurance.
    To promote work-life balance, we organize team-building events, social gatherings, travel subsidies, and various employee benefit programs.

  • Foster Lifelong Learning & Inclusion

    We support lifelong learning and sustainable growth by offering training subsidies, specialized programs, and innovation incentives to encourage employees to keep learning and strengthening their capacity to innovate.

  • Strengthen Labor-Management Relations

    We handle labor disputes, terminations, and other sensitive HR matters with care and professionalism, fostering sound labor relations.
    Secure and confidential grievance channels are managed by designated personnel to ensure fairness, transparency, and trust in the workplace.

  • Improved Employee Retention

    We continue to promote care and skill development for employees in the later stages of their careers.
    As of 2024, 32.8% of our employees had between 10 and 15 years of service, reflecting strong retention and workplace stability.

  • Establish Workplace Safety Systems

    We implement comprehensive occupational safety policies covering a wide range of workplace risks, including sexual harassment prevention, data security, emergency response, maternal protection, and safety for older workers — ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.

  • Strengthen Internal Audit & Oversight

    As of 2024, we had established 89 internal control procedures to strengthen our audit and oversight functions.

  • Establish a Sustainability Committee

    In 2025, we established a Sustainability Development Committee to lead CSR, ESG, and SDG initiatives across the company.

  • Brand Reputation and Industry Recognition

    In 2022, our company was honored with the “Long-Established Enterprise Award” by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, in recognition of our decades-long commitment to economic progress and social contribution.

  • Implement Cybersecurity Monitoring

    In 2024, our cybersecurity system remained fully operational, successfully blocking approximately 7,313 threats.
    Comprehensive security measures were in place to ensure information protection.

  • Raise Cybersecurity Awareness Among Employees

    We conducted biannual social engineering drills (targeting 61 employees with 305 test emails) and hosted awareness seminars to strengthen data breach response preparedness.

  • Protect Sensitive Data

    We performed system-wide scans for personal data twice a year and encrypted approximately 424 sensitive files.
    The number of unsecured records continued to decrease, supported by a formal data protection policy.

  • Innovative Product Development

    As of 2024, we had launched a total of 5,494 innovative products.

  • Ensure Steady Growth in Patent Portfolio

    We continued investing in innovation and R&D, obtaining 464 patents as of 2024.
